[ IMAGINATIVE SMART WORK-SPACE]

Architectural Imagination provides opportunity to think about the tension between two dimensional graphic and three dimensional spatial quality. Aiming to trace back the invisibility of aggregation of architectural elements then applying to the conceptual design of a innovative open workplace. Three diverse line of inquiry refereed to different concepts of repetition of format in various modes of design.

LINES OF INQUIRY

Cow Wallpaper - Andy Warholl

In this scene, application of the two dimensional repetition method is transformed into architectural language. Giving the contrast of the color, the repetitive pattern in flat is added another layer of spatial quality.

Invisible Architecture (KIT) - Junya Ishigami

This line of inquiry illuminated the invisibility of aggregated sets of architectural elements. In the form of loose plan, vertical axonemetric graphics, and the perspective representation sets the tone of the imaginary architecture.

An Untitled Composition - Piet Mondrian

The original collage of vibrant colors in correlation to composition is adopted into architectural language to demonstrate the interrelation between geometries and contrast palette.

[ IMMERSIVE WORK-SPACE ]

Based on the research of graphical demonstration, this model derived from a concept of deviation, with a development of color palette of white and blue. Applying the monotone on the composition aims to be consistent to the previous set. The arrangement of the furniture also in accordance to the variation of columns layout.

The conceptual plan combines four different sectors in correspondence to a dynamic and flexible work-space. These four sectors ranges from the least degree of social interaction to the most flexible degree of work-life. The gradient change follows the changing scale of column, defining different scales of the working spaces.
